Philosophy of Education:
At Angels Unlimited, we believe that children's self esteem motivates
their abilities in a learning environment. We teach the children to live in
Christ's love while learning during the course of the school year.

Admission Policy:
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or
ethnic origin. You do not have to have any religious affiliation in order
for your child to attend Angels Unlimited Preschool.

Program Features:
* Low child/ teacher ratio (maximum 10 students per class)
* Morning and Afternoon sessions available
* 3 & 4   and 4 & 5 year old classes available
* Meets September through May
* To be eligible, a child must be 3 or 4 years of age by September 1st

Hours:
Each class section is three hours.
Morning classes: 8:15 to 11:15 AM
Afternoon classes: 12:30 to 3:30 PM
Friday morning 4 & 5 year class: 9:00 to 11:00

Dear Parents / Guardians,
     Spring is really here and we will try to spend some time outside.  Ms. Rickard will introduce the letter O.  We will learn about an Octopus under the sea, Dolphins and Seals.  We will make an ocean collage for our art project.  An obstacle course will fit our O theme and we will use hula hoops and cones to make our course challenging.  We'll take a moment to look at and feel some real seashells.
    Thursday will be P day in our room.  We will make and enjoy eating some pancakes.  Patterns are always fun and we will try to make our own patterns. A game of Hot Potato will be fun in our gym.  Pass the pea seeds please- so that we can plant our own pea plants.  Our story will be the Princess and the Pea a very funny story.
    I am still looking for a local farm to visit.  Hopefully our visit can be May 1st and we will leave our building at 9:00 AM and by the time we get seat belted and arrive at our destination it will be close to 10:00 AM.  A quick walk about on the farm, share a snack at the location and we are ready to head back to class for 11:30 dismissal.  Parents and siblings are invited to join us.  Each child must have a parent accompany them because of insurance restrictions due to seat belt safety requirements. If you know of any farm we can visit please let  me know.  
    The Dutch Mill Bulb order will be placed on Friday, April 20 th.  If you would still like to place an order please send the order form to school.
    We only have 6 more weeks of classes and only 6 weeks until our Circus Talent Show.  Please let me know what your child will be doing for their performance.  Short and sweet is the order of the day- 2 - 3 minutes is perfect.  Thank You Marianne

4 & 5 YEAR CLASS ANGELS UNLIMITED NEWSLETTER APRIL 16 - 20

Dear Parents / Guardians
     We will play a bit of catchup this week.  The Monday / Wednesday classes have to catch up to the Tuesday / Thursday class because of our short week last week.  Monday we will discuss the letter L.  Do some graphing with Laffy Taffy, read about Daniel in the Lions Den, dance the looby Loo in our gym and make a nifty Lion or Lamb mask.  Our story will be The Lorax by Dr. Seuss.  The Tuesday and Wednesday classes will start our Butterfly unit and we will learn about when Jesus' friends saw him again after Easter.  We will toss beach balls through hula hoops, make a booklet about the butterfly life cycle and rad about the Very Hungry Caterpillar.  Thursday's class will continue with our butterfly unit and explore some different activities.  I have ordered some caterpillars that will grow in our room and hopefully they will arrive in time for us to set up the butterfly house. 
    The Dutch Mill Bulb order will be sent in this Friday, April 20th if you would like to order please send the order forms to school with your child.
    The end of our school year is coming fast - only 7 more weeks.  We will have a Graduation ceremony and party on Thursday, May 24th at 7 PM.  More information will be  sent home as we get closer to the date.  Thank you Marianne
